The Averatec D1130 is basically a down and dirty stripped down version of the D1133. While the price was cut to just $399, it also cuts away the features that made the higher version some value.
The Averatec D1130 comes with 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM Memory, 224MB (shared) Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics chip Graphics, 160GB, 5,400 rpm Hard drives, dual-layer DVD burner Optical drive, 10/100 Ethernet LAN, 802.11b/g wireless Networking and Windows XP Home Edition SP3 Operating system.
The D1130 has the same shape and design of the D1133, It has a large silver arm extends from the base and attaches to a 18.4-inch LCD monitor that offers a wide range of motion so you can really adjust this baby. You can even bend the display back so it lies parallel to the tabletop with its face up toward the ceiling.
As of now there isn’t really much to the Averatec D1130, but we look forward to future versions that take advantage of Windows 7’s multitouch capabilities.
