Microsoft has just released three mice with its latest BlueTrack technology: Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500, Wireless Mouse 2000 and Comfort Mouse 4500. The BlueTrack technology allows your mouse to be used anywhere with the both the power of optical and the precision of laser.

All three are available for under thirty dollars and cover the cordless, portable and corded bases, except for the gray-only Wireless Mouse 2000. The remaining two models, the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 and the Comfort Mouse 4500 are both available in variety of colors.

Microsoft has just added a new gaming keyboard to their lineup, the Microsoft Sidewinder X4 Keyboard. According to Microsoft, their newest keyboard features the most advanced anti ghosting technology.

According to Steven Bathiche, research manager of the Applied Sciences Group at Microsoft, “We know that ghosting can be a problem for gamers, so we wanted to develop a way to eliminate this issue and improve the overall gaming experience, and we’ve succeeded with the new anti-ghosting technology in the SideWinder X4 Keyboard.”

Microsoft (MSFT) has lost its appeal in a Federal Court in the patent case brought against the company by i4i Ltd of Canada. The patent case is about the use of the XML related patents used in the Microsoft Word 2007. As such, Microsoft will stop selling the Microsoft Word from January 11, 2010.
