The Sharkoon Black Edition FireGlider gaming mouse has a DPI range of 600 to 3600. It also has a frame rate of 7080 fps and it is capable of accelerations of up to 20g. A new external hard drive has been released by Silicon Power, the A70 external hard drive. This hard drive is designed to take a beating, and it is fully waterproof, impact resistant, dust proof and vibration resistant.

The Silicon Power A70 also is IEC529 IPX7 compliant for water resistance. It also features a read and write speeds of up to 480Mbps. It is also compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux.

AMD beats Intel with its latest launch, the Opteron 6000 core processors.

AMD’s Opteron 6000 core processors, with two versions—8 and 12, have already made its way into systems of many computer manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Dell, Cray, SGI and Appro.

Nvidia is finally getting the crown back from AMD for the next-generation video card.

But it takes two cards to unseat the AMD 5000-series cards, the GTX 470 and GTX 480.

The GTX480 boasts three billion transistors, and which offers 1.5 to 2.5 times the performance in DX9 or DX10 games, 2.5 times the performance in heavy PhysX applications, and 3.5 times the performance when it comes to ray tracing. This is, as Nvidia claims, the market’s fastest single-GPU video card.

These two new cards, which are based on Nvidia’s latest Fermi architecture, bring multimonitor support and DirectX 11 support. It also has multimonitor stereoscopic 3D.

After making a great wave at the last CES, finally the Eclipse LiteTouch LCD Touchscreen keyboard is getting closer to arriving in store shelves.

The LiteTouch keyboard is integrated with a programmable LCD touchscreen, replacing the number pad. This feature has different sets of buttons—including the user configurable MyEclipse mode.

The Eclipse LiteTouch keyboard is compatible with Mac OS X and Windows. The Eclipse Litetouch keyboard will be available in both wired version for $99 and a wireless version for $129.

Big gifts come in small packages indeed. But in Corsair’s Voyager mini flash drives, its big gigs come in small drives.

Corsair’s new Voyager mini drives come in capacities from 4GB, 16GB up to 32GB of storage. Each drive also comes in traditional Voyager style complete with the ergonomic rubberized casing for an easy grip. However, the mini Voyager drives lose the traditional usable end cap for the retractable connector.

The Voyager Mini drives are now available from the Corsair website. The 4GB version will be retailed for $15, the 16GB for $50 and the 32GB model for $100.

AMD’s newest Phenom II line is set to unleash all its glorious power this year.

Starting up is the second quarter release of the X6 1035T, the X6 1055T and the X6 1075T. The X6 1035T has a clock speed of 2.6 GHz, the X6 1055T with 2.8 GHz and the X6 1075T with 3 GHz flat.

For the upcoming fourth quarter, AMD is readying the Phenom II X6 1095T. The manufacturer though has not yet disclosed any possible numbers for this one.

As for the pricing, the X6 1055T will retail for $199, while the X6 1090black edition will retail for 295.

Kingston has just released what is now being called as the world’s fastest Intel-certified memory, the HyperX dual-channel DDR3 memory kit—or simply known as KHX2400C9D3T1K2/4GX.

The said memory kit acquired its Intel XMP certification in the Intel Core i7 platform, taking the top spot from Corsair.

The HyperX dual-channel DDR3 memory kit has been especially developed for enthusiasts, gamers, and benchmarkers looking to scale new memory heights. However, this superfast memory will not be put to test until the second quarter of this year, when it is expected to be available. Price details have not yet been released though.
